This HDB apartment boasts a large living room and dining hall space where you can get creative with your angles. Furnished with a 65″ LG Smart TV, production crew love to use it as an additional screen for viewing. It is paired with a feature wall that is hand painted with textured grey paint. This unit has many power outlets placed strategically around the entire space.

5 ROOM HDB FLAT AT BUKIT PANJANG (CORNER UNIT)
The balcony is situated on a one-step platform that separates it from the living room. It can fit a king sized bed comfortably. Production crew like to use this extra space to place their lighting or other equipment. Photos or video angles pointed towards the dining table can be taken from this balcony space as the cameraman has ample space to move. The balcony was once converted into a kids bedroom for a video shoot simply by adding a mattress and bed frame, along with toys, plush toys and books.
A dining table that measures 2m in length and 85cm in width is placed behind the sofa in the living room. This space is good for dining and interview shots that require a plain white background. It was ever used by a TV presenter for interview shots as well as a local talk show.
A study room that doubles up as a home office is situated right beside the dining area, behind tempered glass doors. It is ideal for working from home shots and it is a space commonly used as a make up room for talents of the shoot. You may convert this room into a bedroom by bringing the mattress, bed frame and other props that will suit the style and theme of your shoot.
You will have full access to the kitchen, service yard and common bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 3M hot and cold water dispenser, a microwave that doubles up as a convection oven, hood and hob suitable for cooking. If you are looking for a kitchen rental for cooking videos or food shots, it is an ideal space with a deep sink.
The service yard can be a potential space to hold your excess equipment. The washing machine and horizontal pole hanger is situated at the service yard. Right at the end of the service yard, you will find a spacious and clean bathroom. The bathroom was ever used for filming for a shampoo brand previously.
The HDB flat is equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke detector for fire safety purposes.
